Children are allowed for dinner only after 6:30 PM on weekdays and all day on weekends; children are not permitted at lunchtime.
The experience is unavailable on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Photography equipment such as tripods, monopods, or similar devices are not allowed.
All visitors, baggage, and personal items must pass through metal detectors at the security checkpoint.
Visitors must adhere to all signs, rules, regulations, and instructions given by Petronas Twin Towers authorities.
Additional food can be ordered from the menu at an extra cost.
Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited; violation will result in immediate removal by staff.
Smart casual dress code enforced—no torn jeans, slippers, or round-collar T-shirts. Non-compliance will lead to denied entry.
Meeting Point: Between the Formula 1 car, at the center of Tower 1 and Tower 2, Petronas Towers. Contact the hotline if you have trouble locating it.
If you book for children aged 3-8 (Infant category), they will receive a meal set including a Chicken Burger (chicken patty, lettuce, onion, pickle, chili & mayo, served with chips), a free soft drink or iced Milo, plus waffle with ice cream; all bookings for those aged above 8 must be made under the adult category.
